Returns

All our jewelry undergoes strict quality check before shipment and we take utmost care in making sure we meet our customers satisfaction in terms of product durability and finishing. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product, you can raise a request for the return and refund/exchange of an unworn or defective product within 14 days of receipt of product. All returns need to be shipped within 14 days of receipt of product . All returned items must be in it’s original packing.

To initiate a return or refund, please send us an email to hello@zaabel.com. We will send you a return label with a shipping address, which you must print and return your purchase to. 

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect it and initiate a refund of your original invoice amount.
