Return Policy

All our jewelry undergoes strict quality check before shipment and we take utmost care in making sure we meet our customers satisfaction in terms of quality of setting and finishing. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product, you can raise for a request for the return and refund/exchange for an unworn or defective product within 7 days of receipt of product. Returns will not be accepted beyond 7 days. All returned items must be in it’s original packing.

To initiate a return or refund, please send us an email to hello@zaabel.com. We will send you a return label with a shipping address, which you must print and return your purchase to. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. You will need to provide us with a tracking number of the returned shipment in order for us to ensure the receipt of returned goods.

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will initiate a refund amount which will be net of shipping and insurance costs.
